The England international missed the League Cup defeat to West Ham last week before sitting out Saturday’s 1-0 loss to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Kane was able to return to full training yesterday and Mauricio Pochettino said at his pre-match press conference that he was confident the striker would be available.
Pochettino is quoted as saying by the Mirror;
“Yes, we are very confident. He is on the list. I think it maybe can be possible for him to be available to play tomorrow.”
Some were suggesting Pochettino may not risk his star man, however, the Mirror claim that Kane will definitely lead the line against Madrid tonight after being passed fit to start having been assessed at training yesterday.
The news will come as a huge boost to Spurs as Kane has been in sensational form so far this season having scored 13 goals in his 11 games in all competitions so far.
