Mauricio Pochettino has decided to give Harry Kane a rest ahead of next weeks Champions League clash with Barcelona. Lucas Moura and Hueng-min Son are supported by the recalled Dele Alli in attack.
Christian Eriksen is also given a breather so Moussa Sissoko comes in to the midfield alongside Harry Winks and Eric Dier while Serge Aurier replaces the injured Kieran Trippier at right back.
Ben Davies comes in for Danny Rose on the left side of the defence while Jan Vertonghen partners Toby Alderweireld at the back after serving a one-game suspension last time out.
