Maurizio Sarri has recalled Eden Hazard with the Belgian international starting in a ‘false 9’ role up front meaning Olivier Giroud drops to the bench. Pedro and Willian support in attack with Ruben Loftus-Cheek dropping out.
Jorginho and N’Golo Kante are recalled in midfield with Cesc Fabregas and Ross Barkley making way while David Luiz and Marcos Alonso come back in to the defence alongside Cesar Azpilicueta and Antonio Rudiger.
Andreas Christensen and Emerson Palmeiri drop out of the squad with Davide Zappacosta and Gary Cahill named on the bench.
