Juventus are planning to hijack a move for two of England’s hottest young prospects -Connor Wickham and Phil Jones.
Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea have reportedly been monitoring the progress of Ipswich ace Wickham and Rovers defender Jones, but reports in the press suggest that the Italian giants are preparing a summer swoop for the talented youngsters.
The former Serie A giants have already sent chief scouts to watch the duo and sent back a glowing reference for both. It’s not often Italian sides dip into the British market, but the former European powerhouse is looking to invest in youth and assemble a team for the next generation of superstars.
