Arsenal interested in N’Zogbia
N’Zogbia…. interesting Arsenal yet again
Well, this isn’t really much of a surprise as the Gunners have long been linked with this player, so it was bound pop up again. Arsenal are one of the many teams, who are showing interest in Wigan Atheltic’s star winger, 25 year old Frenchman Charles N’Zogbia. Reports vary on his price from 10-15 million pounds. Transfermarkt.co.uk value him at around 8 million pounds, which is a fair value in my opinion. N’Zogbia is a good player with pace, skill, and a good crosser, so I believe that he’d do well with Arsenal, if Wenger does sign him. There are certainly better players in his position, but I believe he could be a smart, shrewed signing.
Here’s a well written blog post concerning the interest:

Here are two videos, displaying his talents:
Manchester United interested in hijacking Arsenal’s bid for Ricardo Alvarez
This is certainly interesting news, as reports are claiming that Manchester United are going to have a go at bidding for Velez Sarsfield’s Alvarez. It looks like it’s so far pure speculation, but I won’t be surprised if it’s true as Manchester United have a history of getting in the way of potential Arsenal deals, with examples like Cristiano Ronaldo, Chris Smalling, Aaron Ramsey, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain etc. From what I’ve seen from him, Alvarez looks like he’s a talented and quality player, and if Manchester United are interested in him, then Wenger should seal this deal, just imagine if he could’ve acquired Cristiano Ronaldo and Chris Smalling?

What do you think? Should Wenger go for N’Zogbia? Should he seal the deal for Alvarez? Please share your opinions and thoughts.
