Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has been under the spotlight on several occasions this season following a number of errors between the sticks.
However, the young Spaniard more than proved his worth this afternoon after pulling off one of the saves of the season to earn United a point against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. United had fought back from 3-0 down to be drawing 3-3 heading in to stoppage time when Juan Mata curled in a 25-yard free-kick that seemed destined for the top corner only for de Gea to somehow get a hand to it and palm it behind for a corner.
