The Gunners currently sit sixth, four points off fourth-placed Tottenham who’re playing Newcastle in Saturday’s early kick off (score 2-1 to Spurs at time of writing).
Boss Arsene Wenger has been handed a boost with the news that defender Laurent Koscielny has been passed fit for the game after shaking off a calf problem. He lines up next to Per Mertesacker at the back. Aaron Ramsey comes in ahead of Lukas Podolski who drops to the bench.
**UPDATE** Koscielny pulled up late in the warm up with his calf injury so is forced to miss the game. Carl Jenkinson comes in.
