[Video] Angry Arsene Wenger Hits Back At Press During Tense News Conference

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was close to losing his cool as he hit back at reporters during his pre-match press conference ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Bayern Munich this afternoon.

Despite the press conference being scheduled for questions regarding the Bayern game, the boss was predictably quizzed about Saturday’s shock 1-0 FA Cup loss to Blackburn. The Frenchman did his best to defend his own record and the teams display but finally lost his head when asked about reports in today’s newspapers that suggested he’s in talks over a new two-year contract.

Wenger was clearly furious and singled out a certain reporter for treatment before demanding questions to be only about the Bayern Munich game. Amusingly, a German reporter then asked Arsene about the strengths of the Bayern Munich defence only for Arsene to say ‘don’t talk about Bayern Munich today!’. Haha, classic Arsene.
