[Tweets + Photos] Ozil, Ramsey, Cazorla + More React On Twitter After Arsenal Win

Arsenal lifted the Community Shield on Sunday afternoon after beating Manchester City 3-0 at Wembley. Here, Gooner Mac brings us reactions from some of the Arsenal players.

It was the perfect way to kick off the season as we eased past the Premier League champions in some style. Santi Cazorla gave us an early lead with a well placed left-footed finish before Aaron Ramsey once again got himself on the scoresheet for 2-0 juts before half time.

Olivier Giroud then came off the bench to make it 3-0 and seal the victory in spectacular fashion as he smashed home from 20 yards. Interestingly, it was his first goal from outside the area in Arsenal colours.

After the game, several players took to Twitter to react to the win with Mesut Ozil, Aaron Ramsey, Theo Walcott, Santi Cazorla, Mathieu Debuchy and new captain Mikel Arteta all having their say.

While it may not be regarded as a ‘proper’ trophy, it obviously still means a lot to the players and beating the champions should make our confidence sky high heading into the new season.
