Managers are now making plans for the summer transfer window so we’ll bring you all the latest news and gossip from around the globe. Today, Arsenal are linked with Dusan Tadic….

Arsenal are eyeing a bargain swoop for Southampton attacker Dusan Tadic this summer after it emerged he has a £13m buyout clause written in to his contract, according to a report in the Mirror.

Despite doubts over his future at the Emirates, it looks as though Arsene Wenger is still pushing ahead with his transfer plans with the Gunners boss identifying potential targets for the summer.

The Mirror are citing a report coming from Tuttomercatoweb that claims Arsenal have now expressed an interest in signing Tadic after learning he has a buyout clause worth just £13m in his contract.

Tadic has been a huge hit at Southampton since joining the club from FC Twente in 2014 with the attacker scoring 17 goals and providing a further 30 assists in his 111 appearances so far.

The Serbian international is capable of playing on either wing or through the middle so his versatility would be a huge asset to the squad and is sure to appeal to Wenger as he looks to rebuild his squad this summer.

If these reports of a £13m buyout clause are accurate, it would represent an absolute bargain for a player of Tadic’s quality so it’s easy to see why the boss is tempted to swoop for him at the end of the season.

However, understandably we aren’t the only club being linked as the Mirror claim that Juventus and Napoli are also showing a keen interest due to his attractive price-tag and are ready to lure Tadic to Italy.

We’ll have to wait and see how things develop over the coming months but I think the 28-year-old would be a very useful signing if Arsenal were able to win the race for his signature this summer.
