[VIDEO GOALS] Man Utd 4-1 Wolves: Rooney & Nani Close The Gap
By Football Talk Published: 10th December 2011Man Utd ended a disappointing week on a high note with a 4-1 victory over Wolves at Old Trafford. United took the lead through Nani, who ran across the edge of the box before firing in to the bottom corner. Only minutes later it was 2-0, this time Rooney scored from a similar area as Nani. Wolves got back in the game just after half time when Fletcher headed home but Nani soon restored the two goal cushion, tapping home from a Valencia cross. Rooney then volleyed home for his second and United’s fourth to round off a pleasing afternoon for Sir Alex Ferguson. Watch the action below:
