Mauricio Pochettino has named a mixed team for the game with Harry Kane starting up front along with Fernando Llorente while Erik Lamela also gets another chance to build on his match fitness.
Michel Vorm starts in goal with Hugo Lloris rested while Juan Foyth lines-up alongside Jan Vertonghen at the back. Kieran Trippier comes in for Serge Aurier at right-back and youngster Kyle Walker-Peters replaces Ben Davies on the left.
Victor Wanyama starts his first game since August as he joins Mousa Dembele and Moussa Sissoko in midfield with Eric Dier, Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli among the substitutes.
