Maurizio Sarri has made some changes to his side with Andreas Christensen and Emerson Palmeiri coming in alongside Antonio Rudiger and Cesar Azpilicueta in the back four with David Luiz and Marcos Alonso making way.
Ross Barkley and Cesc Fabregas replace N’Golo Kante and Jorginho in midfield with Mateo Kovacic keeping his place. Ruben Loftus-Cheek replaces Pedro in attack while Olivier Giroud leads the line up front.
Eden Hazard isn’t risked from the start due to a minor knock but he’s named on the bench along with youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi.
