The Champions League winners have more good news – it is finally official: Kylian Mbappe is all set to become a Real Madrid player.

The weekend was full of euphoria as the Real Madrid fans flooded Wembley to cheer their team to a 15th European title, extending their record to be the undisputed champions of Europe.

The regular fans who purchase tickets from Seatsnet.com were joyous after the final, celebrating until dawn.

Now, the news is that Kylian Mbappe and Real Madrid have signed a contract. He will be a free agent this summer.

Mbappe Deal Done

Mbappe, 25, told PSG in February that he would leave the club when his contract expires this summer.

The forward has long been linked with a move to Real Madrid and almost joined Los Blancos in the summer of 2022 before he made a late U-turn and penned a new deal with the Ligue 1 side.

However, he will finally represent the Spanish giants after Fabrizio Romano reported that everything has been agreed upon and that Mbappe has penned a contract with the club.

Renowned football journalist Fabrizio Romano officially announced that Mbappe’s deal is inked, and they will soon be unveiled as a player.

The video added, “Saga is finally over. Kylian Mbappe joins Real Madrid as a free agent at the end of the season.”

He added that Kylian Mbappe is ‘set to be unveiled as a Real Madrid player just 48 HOURS after the Champions League final’… with the Frenchman already signing a club shirt for one lucky fan after PSG exit.

“The contract has been signed, and the announcement will be soon, in the following weeks, but Real Madrid will have one more star in their squad.

A move to the Bernabeu will finally end the speculation that has followed Mbappe throughout his career. This is icing on the cake for all the fans who purchase tickets from Seatsnet.com.

Real has the double crown—winning the La Liga title and continuing to dominate the rest of Europe by winning the UEFA Champions League.

It was reported in February that Real – who won the Champions League on Saturday – had reached an agreement with Mbappe that would see the forward join on a free transfer in the summer, with an £85.5million signing-on fee, meaning the Spanish giants will get their man after a seven-year pursuit.

Since then, there has been no official announcement surrounding his future, though Mbappe explained in March that one would be forthcoming ahead of Euro 2024 in Germany this summer, where he will captain France.

‘People will know my future before the Euros. I’m very calm about it,’ he had told Telefoot.

‘My future is no longer a massive topic at the club; no one talks to me about it anymore.

‘I’ll be at the Euros with a calm head, ready to do great things.’

Despite his exit from PSG being expected as far back as last summer, Mbappe only officially announced his departure on Friday, May 10, when he shared a heartfelt message to the club’s fans.

The claims from Romano follow L’Equipe’s report on Friday that Mbappe will be unveiled as a new Real Madrid player on Monday, less than 48 hours after Real Madrid’s Champions League final triumph over Borussia Dortmund at Wembley.

Meanwhile, during a training session with France on Thursday, Mbappe met with fans and even signed one lucky person’s Real Madrid shirt—a sure sign that this deal will be finalised shortly.

Earlier this week, it was also reported that the relationship between PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and the departing Mbappe remains strong, despite claims that a rift had emerged over the terms of his departure as a free agent.

Both the club and the player have previously stated there is an agreement in place that respects PSG’s huge investment in Mbappe’s development since his £166m move from Monaco in 2017.

Mbappe won the Coupe de France in his final match for PSG, ending his last season at the club with 44 goals in 48 appearances in all competitions.

The French star then threw a farewell party for 250 guests in Paris as his former PSG teammates bid goodbye to him after seven years on their books.

Mbappe leaves as PSG’s record goalscorer, having scored 256 goals in 308 appearances over seven years in Paris.

What a Start for Jude!

Jude Bellingham says he “couldn’t have dreamed it better” after ending his first season with Real Madrid by lifting the Champions League trophy.

The 20-year-old setup Vinicius Jr.’s second goal as the Spanish giants beat his former club, Borussia Dortmund, 2-0 in the final at Wembley.

The English fans who are vivid Real Madrid that purchase tickets from seatsnet.com did not fail to show their appreciation as they cheered throughout the 90 minutes.

Bellingham enjoyed a stellar debut campaign at the Bernabeu, scoring 23 times in all competitions, winning the league title, and being voted La Liga’s player of the season.

“I’ve always dreamed of playing in these games,” he told TNT Sports

“When it gets hard at times, you start to wonder if it’s all worth it – but nights like tonight make it all worth it.

“It’s got to be up there in terms of the perfect season. I can’t put it into words; it’s the best night of my life.”

The England midfielder was visibly emotional after the game, initially struggling to find the right words in his post-match interview on TV, before saying he was “OK until I saw my mum and dad’s faces”.

Bellingham will now link up with the Three Lions on June 8 to prepare for Euro 2024.

‘I’ll always have respect for Dortmund’ – Jude

Real Madrid and Bellingham struggled for long periods in the final, with underdogs Dortmund squandering numerous first-half chances, including hitting the post.

But Los Blancos grew into the game after the break, culminating in late goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Jr.

Bellingham spent three seasons with Dortmund, playing more than 100 times for the German club before moving to Spain last summer.

He praised his old club for the way they played in the final.

“I have to be honest, they [Dortmund] were the better team in the first half,” Bellingham told DAZN. “They could’ve been two or three up.
