BREAKING NEWS: Thierry Henry Completes Arsenal Move

Arsenal have completed the signing of Thierry Henry on a 2-month loan deal in time for the striker to face Leeds on Monday, according to sky sports news.

Arsenal have completed the loan signing of Thierry Henry, and the striker is now in line to face Leeds on Monday.

The deal will initially run until the 16th February, with the option to extend it until the 26th February, which would mean Henry’s last game could be against Arsenal’s bitter rivals Tottenham.

The deal has been in place for days with only insurance paperwork holding up official confirmation. Arsenal had to have all paperwork registered by midday on Friday in order for Henry to play against Leeds in the FA Cup on Monday, and this deadlines has been met.

After signing the loan deal, Henry said:

“It is unreal to be honest. But when it comes to Arsenal my heart will always do the talking. Once I knew the plan behind it I was OK with it.

I am not coming here to be a hero or prove anything. I am just coming here to help. People have to understand that. Marouane and Gervinho are going to the Africa Cup of Nations, so I was asked to fill in the gap.

It is a loan deal and I’ll be on the bench most of the time. If I can make the bench that is! The Boss has a team here already who are doing something good. I am just going to be part of the squad.”

This is just a money making publicity stunt by Wenger and the board so that fans will no be bitter about no quality signings in January allowing then to keep the fat profit they have accumalated over the last few years by selling our best players.Hazzard,Poldolski and Cahill now please show some ambition
