Arsenal fans let manager Arsene Wenger know exactly what they thought of his decision to substitute Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain only seconds after the youngster had set up Robin van Persie for the equaliser against United on Sunday. Frustrations have been growing at the Emirates for some time now and it seems things finally boiled over yesterday.

I’m not an advocate of booing the players or manager, but i really can’t blame the fans on this occasion. Every man and his dog was astounded by the decision and it was confounded by Chamberlain’s replacement, Arshavin, making a poor attempt to block Valencia from setting up the winner.
