Mario Balotelli put City ahead with a sweeping left footed strike before Paul Robinson flapped at a corner to present Aguero with the chance to fire home for 2-0. Sub Eden Dzeko then headed in the third form a lovely Kolarov cross to send City clear of rivals United who play Norwich on Sunday.
