Tottenham completed their pre-season tour of America with a 2-1 win over New York Red Bulls on Tuesday night.
The home side took the lead after new Spurs defender Jan Vertonghen fouled Tim Cahill in the area, Kenny Cooper made no mistake from the spot. Welshman Gareth Bale then leveled things at 1-1 with a header before Gylfi Sigurdsson curled home a superb winner seven minutes later to give Spurs a winning end to their USA tour.
