Liverpool were denied victory and with it a place in the knockout stages of the Europa League after Young Boys came from behind twice to snatch a 2-2 draw at Anfield on Thursday night.
Jonjo Shelvey gave the Reds the lead in the first half, heading home from close range after good work from Joe Cole. Young Boys levelled through a wonderful strike from Bobadilla shortly after half time before Joe Cole slotted home for 2-1 on 72 minutes.
