Man Utd Team News: Fergie Reveals No New Injury Concerns Ahead Of Hammers Clash
Manchester United take on West Ham on Wednesday night looking to go one step closer to reclaiming the Premier League title. Here is the latest team & injury news
Manchester United are in London to take on West Ham on Wednesday night looking to go one step closer to reclaiming the Premier League title.
The Red Devils opened up a 15-point lead over second-placed Manchester City with a 2-0 win away at Stoke City on Sunday afternoon thanks to goals from Michael Carrick and Robin van Persie, meaning they need just seven more points to seal their 20th league title.
A win over the Hammers tomorrow at Upton Park will go along way to achieving that goal and Sir Alex Ferguson has told ManUtd.com that his squad came away from the win at the Britannia Stadium with no fresh injury concerns and he’ll take a strong 20-man squad with him to the capital on Wednesday.
The United boss told the clubs official website:
“We have no injuries from Sunday against Stoke. It was a tough game, certainly. But there were no injuries and that is a blessing of course,”
“We have a good, strong squad. We took 20 players with us to Stoke and those 20 players will go with us again on Wednesday night.”
