Tottenham came from behind to beat 10-man Stoke 2-1 at the Britannia Stadium on Sunday afternoon, with Emmanuel Adebayor’s late winner sending Spurs above Arsenal into fourth.
Stoke came flying out the blocks and opened the scoring through N’Zonzi before a mistake from goalkeeper Asmir Begovic allowed Clint Dempsey to equalise into an empty net. Charlie Adam was then dismissed for a second bookable offence just after half time and Emmanuel Adebayor made the hosts pay with an 83rd minute winner. Watch the action here:
