Chelsea will be looking to end the season on a high note when they take on Cardiff on Sunday afternoon. Here is our predicted line-up for the game.
Jose Mourinho will once again be without his number one goalkeeper, Petr Cech, who is set for a spell on the sidelines with a shoulder injury, so Mark Schwarzer will continue to deputise in goal.
John Terry is expected to miss out after picking up a knock in training so David Luiz could drop back into defence alongside Gary Cahill. Cesar Azpilicueta should come in at left-back meaning Ashley Cole could have played his last game for the club.
Ramires is suspended and Frank Lampard is out through illness, so John Obi Mikel could partner Nemanja Matic in midfield. Eden Hazard was left out against Norwich last weekend but should be restored to the starting line-up alongside Andre Schurrle and Willian in attack.
Samuel Eto’o is also expected to miss out after picking up an injury in training so Fernando Torres is likely to lead the line.
