Chelsea take on Sporting Lisbon at Stamford Bridge tonight in their final Champions League Group G game. 

Jose Mourinho has decided to rest some of his key men with John Terry, Eden Hazard and Willian all given a breather.

Kurt Zouma comes into the defence alongside Gary Cahill while Andre Schurrle and Mohamed Salah start in attack.

Filipe Luis comes in at left-back with Branislav Ivanovic dropping out and Cesar Azpilicueta moving to right-back.

Petr Cech starts in goal with Thibaut Courtois given a rest and John Obi Mikel comes into midfield alongside Nemanja Matic.
