Chelsea extended their lead at the top of the table after thrashing Swansea City 5-0 at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The damage was done by half-time as Oscar and Diego Costa both helped themselves to two goals each to give the Blues a commanding 4-0 lead at the break.
German attacker Andre Schurrle came off the bench to add a late fifth as Chelsea moved five points clear of second-placed Manchester City.
After the game, some of the players have taken to social media sites like Twitter and Instagram to react to the victory.
Petr Cech and Filipe Luis both posted message on their Twitter accounts while goal-scorers Oscar and Schurrle uploaded photos to their Instagram accounts celebrating Chelsea’s latest win.
