[Teams] Chelsea vs West Ham: Confirmed Line-Ups

Chelsea will look to climb up the Premier League table when they take on West Ham at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Guus Hiddink has decided to start Loic Remy up front with Diego Costa out while John Terry starts alongside Gary Cahill at centre-back. This means Branislav Ivanovic is at right-back with Cesar Azpilicueta at left-back.

John Obi Mikel and Cesc Fabregas start in midfield with Oscar and Willian joined by Kenedy in attack.
