Arsenal Handed Major Injury Boost As Star Returns Ahead Of Liverpool Clash
Arsenal have been handed a major injury boost with Aaron Ramsey set to return to full training and be in contention for Saturday’s trip to Liverpool.
Ramsey has been on the sidelines since suffering a calf injury during the early stages of Arsenal’s shock 2-1 defeat to Watford at the Emirates on January 31st.
The Welsh international has missed the last four games in all competitions, including the defeats to Chelsea and Bayern Munich that all but ended the north Londoners hopes in the Premier League and Champions League for another year.
However, injury analyst Ben Dinnery and The Sun journalist Phil Cadden claim this morning that Ramsey is now back in full training and should be available for Saturday’s trip to Anfield.

Arsenal head to Merseyside to take on rivals Liverpool on Saturday evening for what is going to be a pivotal clash in the race for the top four this season, so I’m sure Arsene Wenger will be relieved to have Ramsey available again.
The 26-year-old has endured a frustrating campaign due to form and fitness issues but Arsenal need all the central midfield options they can get right right.
Mohamed Elneny is out with a foot injury that he sustained against Sutton United last week while Santi Cazorla has been ruled out for the rest of the season, so Ramsey’s return is well-timed.
However, we’ll have to wait and see whether he comes straight back in to the starting eleven as Granit Xhaka and Francis Coquelin are also available while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been impressing in a more central role in recent weeks.
Arsenal head to Anfield sitting one point above Liverpool in fourth spot and will be looking to pile more misery on the Merseysiders after Jurgen Klopp’s side slumped to a 3-1 defeat at Leicester City last night.
