[Teams] Wolves vs Liverpool: Gerrard Out, Carroll Starts

Liverpool take on Wolves at Molineux tonight looking for a win to close the gap on the fourth-placed Chelsea. Kenny Dalglish’s men currently sit in seventh position, six points behind the Blues.

Steven Gerrard misses out tonight with a minor injury, meaning Spearing is back in midfield after returning from injury and will be joined by Charlie Adam and Jordan Henderson. Andy Carroll starts up front with Dirk Kuyt and Craig Bellamy in support. Jamie Carragher drops to the bench.
