Manchester City kept their slim hopes of retaining their Premier League title alive with a 2-0 win over Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.

Goalkeeper Joe Hart kept the scores at 0-0 with a crucial penalty save from Frank Lampard in the 52nd minute and the visitors were made to pay 10 minutes later when Yaya Toure curled home a lovely effort past Petr Cech. Substitute Carlos Tevez ensured the three points with a late second, smashing home from the edge of the area. The result moves City back t within 12 points of leaders United but Chelsea are now in a battle to retain their top-four place. Watch the goals here:
