[Video Goals] WBA 1-2 Arsenal: Rosicky Double Sends 10-Man Gunners Fourth

Arsenal secured another vital three points in the race for a top-four place after beating West Brom 2-1 at the Hawthorns on Saturday afternoon, despite playing the last 25 minutes with 10-men.

The visitors took the lead int he 20th minute when Tomas Rosicky headed home from close range following good work from Gervinho and the Czech midfielder then lashed home for 2-0 shortly after half time after foster had saved his initial attempt.

However, with the Gunners cruising the game turned on its head when Per Mertesacker was sent off for bringing Shane Long down in the area and James Morrison squeezed the resulting spot kick under the feet of Lukasz Fabianski for 2-1. The home side had several chances to equalise but Arsenal held on to move above Chelsea into fourth and just a point behind Tottenham. Watch all the action from the win over WBA here:

    great result for Arsenal,Gervinho once again set up another goal, that’s the third goal he sets up….Rosicky was class as always !

    I loved the way we’ve played. We’re now in top 4 race. Lets this be a lesson to all fans who criticizes Manager and the players.
