By on April 14, 2013

Manchester United bounced back from last weeks disappointing 2-1 defeat to Manchester City with a comfortable 2-0 win over Stoke at the Britannia Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Michael Carrick opened the scoring early on when he poked home from a corner before Robin van Persie won a penalty midway through the second half and converted the resulting spot kick himself to end a long goal scoring drought to make it 2-0.

The win moves United 15-points clear of second-placed City with just six games remaining, meaning they’re one step closer to winning title No.20. Watch all the goals here.
