[Teams] West Ham vs Manchester United: Confirmed Line-ups

By on April 17, 2013

Manchester United take on West Ham at Upton Park tonight looking to go one step closer to reclaiming the Premier League title.

The Red Devils head into the game with a 15-point advantage over second-placed Manchester City and require just seven more points to seal their 20th league title, so another win tonight will go a huge step to achieving that goal.

Sir Alex Ferguson has named a strong side with Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie both starting up front while Rafael comes in at right back. Phil Jones plays alongside Michael Carrick and Shinji Kagawa continues in midfield. Here are the confirmed line-ups:

West Ham Team

Jaaskelainen, Reid, Nolan, Jarvis, Carroll, Vaz Te, O’Brien, Collins, Demel, Diame, O’Neil

Subs: C.Cole, Collison, Maiga, Henderson, Taylor, Noble, Pogatetz

Man Utd Team

De Gea; Rafael, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra; Valencia, Jones, Carrick, Kagawa; Rooney, Van Persie.

Subs: Evans, Giggs, Chicharito, Nani, Welbeck, Cleverley, Amos
