Maurico Pochettino makes two changes from the side that drew at Leicester City last weekend with Danny Rose coming in for Ben Davies at left-back and Nabil Bentaleb in for Erik Lamela.
Mousa Demble keeps his place in attack alongside Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane, while Toby Alderweireld plays alongside Jan Vertonghen at the back.
As for Everton, John Stones starts in defence while Ross Barkley gets another chance to impress in midfield.
