The Liverpool players have been celebrating on Twitter after beating Borussia Dortmund 4-3 in an absolute thriller at Anfield on Thursday night, with the Reds progressing to the semi finals of the Europa League 5-4 on aggregate.
Dortmund got off to a flying start as they raced in to an early 2-0 lead but Divock Origi pulled one back shortly after half-time before the visitors restored their two-goal advantage leaving Liverpool trailing 3-1 and needing three goals in the final 30 minutes to progress.
A sensational comeback was on when Philippe Coutinho fired home from the edge of the area before Mamadou Sakho made it 3-3 in the 77th minute setting up a grand-stand finish.
Dejan Lovren stepped-up to make himself the hero as the Croatian international headed home a stoppage time winner to secure a thrilling 4-3 victory which sees Liverpool progress to the last four 5-4 on aggregate.
Many of the players have taken to social media sites to react to the stunning win, with Jordan Henderson, Daniel Sturridge, Divock Origi, Nathaniel Clyne, Alberto Moreno and Mamadou Sakho all posting photos and messages to their followers on Twitter while Simon Mignolet also had his say on Instagram.
