Liverpool will be looking to keep the pressure on leaders Chelsea when they take on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light this afternoon.
Jurgen Klopp has stuck with the majority of the side that beat Manchester City on Saturday with the German coach making just one enforced change as Daniel Sturridge gets a recall up front.
The striker replaces Jordan Henderson as the skipper misses out after suffering a heel injury at the weekend so Roberto Firmino moves back to the left-wing with Adam Lallana dropping back in to midfield.
Ragnar Klavan continues alongside Dejan Lovren at the back with Joel Matip still nursing an ankle injury while Sadio Mane plays his final game before heading off to the African Cup of Nations.
Here are the confirmed line-ups:
Sunderland
Mannone; Love, Van Aanholt, Djilobodji, O’Shea; Larsson, NDong, Rodwell, Januzaj; Borini, Defoe
