Nathan Ake comes in for Gary Cahill at the back while Thibaut Courtois and Victor Moses are fit to start.
Mauricio Pochettino has opted to start Kieran Trippier ahead of Kyle Walker at right-back while Moussa Dembele lines-up alongside Victor Wanyama in midfield.
