Antonio Conte has made nine changes from the side that wrapped-up the title at West Brom with Asmir Begovic coming in for Thibaut Courtois in goal.
John Terry also comes in to the side to make a rare start along with Kurt Zouma and Nathan Ake in defence while Kenedy and Nathan Chalobah also get run-outs.
N’Golo Kante comes back in to the midfield while Willian joins Eden Hazard in attack. Michy Batshuayi is rewarded for scoring the vital goal at the Hawthorns as he replaces Diego Costa up front.
