Mauricio Pochettino has made two changes from the side that beat Arsenal at the weekend with Serge Aurier coming in to replace Keiran Trippier at left back while Erik Lamela replaces Heung-min Son in attack.
Davinson Sanchez continues to partner Jan Vertonghen in the middle of defence with Ben Davies keeping his place ahead of Danny Rose at left-back. Eric Dier once again lines-up along with Mousa Dembele in midfield.
Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli keep their places as they support Harry Kane in attack. Lucas Moura will be hoping to make his debut off the bench.
