Man Utd, Tottenham & Chelsea Eyeing Swoop For 25-Year-Old French Star
Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham are all showing a keen interest in signing Paris Saint-Germain full-back Layvin Kurzawa this summer
The transfer window may be closed but managers are working hard on their plans for the summer so we’ll bring you all the latest gossip from around the globe. Today, Layvin Kurzawa has attracted interest from England…
Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham are all showing a keen interest in signing Paris Saint-Germain full-back Layvin Kurzawa this summer, according to the Mirror.
Kurzawa established himself as one of the best left-backs in French football at Monaco after coming through the youth ranks before earning a big-money move to PSG in 2015.
The 25-year-old has enhanced his reputation as one of the most dangerous full-backs in Europe after providing 11 goals and 16 assists in 77 appearances to help PSG win a host of trophies including 3 consecutive Ligue 1 titles.
Kurzawa has also been recognised at international level as he’s got 11 caps for the French national team and he’ll be hoping to be named in Didier Deschamps’ squad for the World Cup finals this summer.
It seems the defender has also caught the attention of clubs here in the Premier League as the Mirror claim that Man Utd, Chelsea and Tottenham are all eyeing a summer swoop for Kurzawa.
Jose Mourinho is almost certain to sign a new left-back this summer as Luke Shaw is expected to leave Old Trafford and Ashley Young turns 33 in July so a long-term replacement is needed and it seems United have identified Kurzawa as a possible target.
Mauricio Pochettino is also expected to be in the market for another left-back as Danny Rose is set to leave after struggling to win back his first team place since returning to full fitness and Spurs are also showing a keen interest in Kurzawa.
However, Chelsea could provide stiff competition as the Blues are also being linked with the French international amid rumours Marcos Alonso could be heading back to Spain this summer.

It looks like a three-way battle could now ensue over Kurzawa’s signature and I think he’d be an excellent addition for United, Spurs or Chelsea but it remains to be seen whether PSG are willing to let the talented full-back leave.
