Liverpool and Chelsea face-off in a heavyweight clash at Anfield this evening as the Premier League giants battle for a place in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
Jurgen Klopp has made eight changes as Simon Mignolet comes in to make his first start in goal while Nathaniel Clyne, Dejan Lovren and Alberto Moreno are recalled in defence. Fabinho makes his first start since arriving in the summer as he lines-up alongside James Milner and Naby Keita in midfield.
Daniel Sturridge gets another chance to impress up front with Sadio Mane and Xhedran Shaqiri in support. Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino drop to the bench.
Chelsea also make plenty of changes as Willy Caballero makes his first start of the season while Andreas Christensen, Gary Cahill and Emerson Palmeiri come in to the back four. Cesc Fabregas is fit to start in midfield after recovering from a knee injury while Victor Moses and Alvaro Morata are recalled in attack.
