Mauricio Pochettino has made some changes from the side that lost to Barcelona in the Champions League in midweek with Danny Rose coming in for Ben Davies at left-back to start in defence alongside Kieran Trippier, Toby Alderweireld and Davinson Sanchez. Jan Vertonghen misses out through injury.
Victor Wanyama drops to the bench with Eric Dier recalled in midfield while Moussa Sissoko comes in for Erik Lamela. Harry Winks keeps his place in midfield in the absence of Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen.
Lucas Moura and Hueng-min Son retain their places in attack with Harry Kane once again leading the line up front.
