Georginio Wijnaldum starts in the Liverpool midfield alongside Jordan Henderson with Naby Keita and Fabinho named on the bench while Xherdan Shaqiri starts in attack alongside Mohamed Salah.
Sadio Mane also keeps his place with Roberto Firmino leading the line meaning Daniel Sturridge, Adam Lallana and Divock Origi must all make-do with places on the bench this afternoon.
