Tottenham Hotspur take on Southampton at St Mary’s Stadium this afternoon. Here are the confirmed line-ups for the game.
Tottenham will be looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League when they take on Southampton at St Mary’s this afternoon.
Mauricio Pochettino has made some changes from the side that beat Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League on Tuesday night with Toby Alderweireld making way in defence. Kyle Walker-Peters starts at right-back with Serge Aurier dropping out and Kieran Trippier still unavailable.
Davinson Sanchez lines-up alongside Jan Vertonghen with Danny Rose starting at left-back. Eric Dier starts with Moussa Sissoko in midfield but Harry Winks is ruled out after aggravating a hip injury in midweek.
The big news for Tottenham is Dele Alli returns to start in attack after recovering from a hamstring injury that’s kept him out for six weeks while Christian Eriksen once again starts in support of Harry Kane.
Spurs have given Hueng-min Son a rest as Lucas Moura comes in to the attack while Erik Lamela, Victor Wanyama and Fernando Llorente are among the subs.
