Chelsea will be looking to bring home a positive result from the first leg of their Europa League semi-final against Eintracht Frankfurt this evening.
Maurizio Sarri has surprisingly left Eden Hazard on the bench for tonight’s game with the Belgian international presumably rested ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League clash with Watford at the weekend.
Therefore, Pedro keeps his place in attack while Willian is passed fit to line-up alongside Olivier Giroud after recovering from a knock. The French international is preferred ahead of Gonzalo Higuain up front.
Jorginho once again starts in midfield alongside N’Golo Kante while Ruben Loftus-Cheek is selected to partner the duo with Mateo Kovacic and Ross Barkley named among the substitutes.
Kepa keeps goal once again while Emerson Palmeiri comes in to the back four alongside Cesar Azpolicueta, David Luiz and Andreas Christensen with Marcos Alonso named on the bench.
