European champions Liverpool take on Europa League holders Chelsea in the Super Cup at the Vodafone Park in Istanbul this evening.
Jurgen Klopp has handed Adrian his full debut as he replaces the injured Alisson Becker between the sticks. Joel Matip is also recalled to partner Virgil van Dijk in the middle of the Liverpool defence with Joe Gomez pushed out to right-back giving Trent Alexander-Arnold a rest.
Sadio Mane comes into the starting eleven along with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Mohamed Salah keeps his place in attack so Roberto Firmino and Divock Origi are the men to make way. Jordan Henderson and Fabinho are joined by James Milner in midfield with Gini Wijnaldum dropping out.
Chelsea have also made changes with Christian Pulisic making his full debut in attack. Olivier Giroud replaces Tammy Abraham up front with Pedro keeping his place in the front three as Willian is named among the substitutes.
N’Golo Kante is passed fit to start in midfield after shaking off a knock and the Frenchman joins Jorginho in the middle of the park. Kurt Zouma keeps his place alongside Andreas Christensen as Antonio Rudiger is only fit enough for a place on the bench.
