Arsenal will look to get back to winning ways and boost their top four hopes with victory over Southampton at the Emirates this afternoon.
Unai Emery has decided to stick with a back three at home to Southampton today with Calum Chambers and Sokratis lining-up alongside David Luiz in the Arsenal defence. Rob Holding misses out due to a knee problem so Shkodran Mustafi is named on the bench.
There is still no Granit Xhaka as the fall out from his bust-up with the fans continues so Lucas Torreira starts along with Matteo Guendouzi this afternoon. Arsenal are without Dani Ceballos due to a hamstring injury but Joe Willock is named among the substitutes.
Hector Bellerin and Kieran Tierney both start in the wing-back positions while Mesut Ozil once again starts in the attacking midfield role. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette will lead the line up front for the Gunners.
Nicolas Pepe has to settle for a place on the bench where he’s joined by Gabriel Martinelli and Reiss Nelson. However, Bukayo Saka misses out with a knee problem while Sead Kolasinac is also ruled out through injury.
