Man Utd defender Rio Ferdinand is at the centre of a drugs scandal after a large amount of an illegal substance was found at his restaurant, a man has been arrested
Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand is at the centre of a drugs scandal after a large amount of an illegal substance was found at his restaurant.
Police burst into Ferdinand’s ‘Rosso’ restaurant on Friday afternoon with diners looking on in amazement, as sniffer dogs were used to track down a haul of drugs hidden in a staff members locker.
It’s reported that 29 bags of cannabis were seized during the raid and a man has since been arrested in connection with the incident.
There are no suggestions linking Ferdinand with the drugs or the United star having any knowledge of them being inside his establishment.
