Injury Update on Jack Wilshere & Bacary Sagna

Arsenal have received a major injury boost with the news that midfielder Jack Wilshere and defender Bacary Sagna are on course to return to action by the end of the month, according to the Daily Mail.
Wilshere has been out of action for over a year with an ankle injury that required two operations, as well as a knee complaint that was operated on in the summer.
But the 20-year-old has been working hard with the fitness staff throughout the summer and has been working on a bespoke fitness regime in order to prepare him for a return to full training next week.
He will start another special training programme which will include working with a football again, and the hope is he’ll be ready to be considered for a first-team return by the end of September.
There is a double injury boost for Arsene Wenger with the news that Bacary Sagna is also recovering well from his broken leg that he suffered in the penultimate game of last season against Norwich.
The Frechman is expected to resume full training by the end of this month and could be back in action in early October.
It will be a huge boost to have Wilshere and Sagna fit and available again. While Jenkinson has done well at right back, Sagna is a different level and will further solidify an already impressive-looking backline.
However, the return of Wilshere will pose Arsene Wenger with a welcome headache. Mikel Arteta and Abou Diaby have struck up a superb partnership in the middle of the park this season, so it will be interesting to see how Wilshere fits in.
