Liverpool will be looking to close the gap on the top four when they take on Burnley at Turf Moor on Boxing Day.

Brendan Rodgers has named an unchanged side for the first time this season with Kolo Toure, Mamadou Sakho and Martin Skrtel starting in a three-man defence in front of goalkeeper Brad Jones.

Lazar Markovic and Jordan Henderson are on the wings with Steven Gerrard and Lucas Leiva playing in midfield. Philippe Coutinho and Adam Lallana support Raheem Sterling up front.
