Manchester City won the 2011/12 Premier League title in the most dramatic of fashions, scoring two goals in injury time to deny Man Utd their 20th title.

United did their part after beating Sunderland 1-0 thanks to a Wayne Rooney effort and it looked to be enough for Sir Alex Ferguson’s men with City losing 2-1 heading into injury time at the Etihad Stadium. Zabaleta had put City ahead before Cisse and Mackie looked to have broken the home sides hearts with two second half QPR goals.

However, sub Edin Dzeko headed home in the third minute of injury time to level things before Sergio Aguero sent the blue half of Manchester wild with a 95th minute winner. Watch highlights from both games here:
