The 3rd round of the 2010 Carling Cup was drawn this lunch-time and there is no doubt about the tie of the round; Tottenham face Arsenal at White Hart lane.
Other ties include Chelsea facing Newcastle united at Stamford Bridge, Scunthorpe face Manchester United and Liverpool play northampton at Anfield. But all eyes will be in North London when the great rivals go head-to-head.
